Sinead Casey
Sinead Casey, the Director of Public Relations of the GW College Republicans, is a sophomore majoring in Political Communications at the School of Media and Public Affairs. Sinead, who hails from just outside New York City, is serving her first year on the Executive Board, but had an active Freshman Year writing for the CR newsletter, campaigning for Bob McDonnell in Virginia and participating in GWCR events throughout the year.
This year Sinead plans on making our conservative voice on campus louder and stronger then ever, through various media outlets on and off campus, as well as bringing in prominent speakers. Since the age of 13 when she worked on George W. Bush’s re-election campaign, Politics has been Sinead’s first love. Sinead hopes to help the GOP take America back this fall on the campaign trail in key races. Sinead strongly believes that we are not the leaders of the future but the leaders of today and we cannot sit ideally. It is up to us to reach out to our peers and make our party and our nation stronger. Sinead prepared for this year E-Board by spending the summer working with The College Republican National Committee. She has also held internship in the Congressional Office of Mary Bono Mack (CA-45) and a New York law firm. Sinead aspires to be a Speech Writer for a Great Republican President.
