Eva Hansen is a sophomore from San Diego, California. She is a student in the Columbian College of Arts and Sciences with plans to major in political science and minor in history. During her freshman year at GW, Eva served as freshman representative for the GW College Republicans and interned on Capitol Hill for the Republican Office Committee on the Budget under Representative Paul Ryan.
Eva became interested in politics during the 2008 presidential election, when she became concerned by her peers’ cult-like blind attraction to Barack Obama, and also by the obvious liberal bias prevalent in her high school courses.
Outside of following politics, Eva enjoys live music, sassing liberals, running, baking, crafting, sewing, and other activities despised by feminists.
