THIS Friday (Nov 20) the CRs will go to Walter Reed Army Medical Center to support our veterans! Come out and say thank you to our wounded warriors! Meet at 5:30PM Foggy Bottom Metro.
CR Movie Night

Showing Taking Chance, starring Kevin Bacon. “Taking Chance” chronicles the real-life story of Lieutenant Colonel Michael Strobl and fallen Marine, Lance Corporal Chance Phelps. When Lieutenant Colonel Michael Strobl comes across the name of the fallen Lance Corporal Chance Phelps, he requests that he accompany the Marine’s body back home. Strobl was so moved by his experience and the outreach of support he received from strangers across the country, that he recorded the journey in his personal journal, which HBO has adapted into “Taking Chance.”
Freshman CRs Dinner
Come join the Freshman College Republicans for dinner at Old Ebbitt’s Grill on Thursday, November 19 for food, witty banter, and political discourse. Meet in front of the Marvin Center at 6:00 pm and walk as a group to the restaurant. Please remember to bring cash, as the restaurant does not accept GWorld.
